Maybe it is adapted for people who can’t use their right leg for driving, so the pedals are swapped to make the gas easier to reach.

Is it not a regular auto with a foot operated parking brake?

Looking at the staining on the arm rests and nicks in the plastic here and there I’d hazard a guess that it has either been re-carpeted or had a more hard wearing liner put down that was put in correctly.
But looking at the front bumper it looks like a large piece is missing or a ‘bull bar’ has been removed and not tidied up.

Possibly, but it’s a former government fleet truck. Which makes me wonder...

Maybe some kind of government branch employing injured vets? Also, have you noticed the difference in upholstery between the front seats?

I think that is the e brake but I have seen disabled vehicles with hand controls, the accelerator is removed and this kind of thing is installed. Maybe it was removed for sale and they are putting a regular one back. Or maybe they just need to put a new one in and took a picture before it was done. I don’t see any sign of another kind of hand control device.

It is exactly that. The lighting just blends the pedal into the background but it’s there.

Look harder just to the right of the brake pedal.

Haha, I should have looked harder indeed.

It tripped me up too, but Leon711 brought up whether it was just a regular auto and I looked again. The compared with other photos
I think I’ve spent way to much time on this for a Saturday. :P
